With a Master's in Health and Exercise Science and nearly 20 years of teaching experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge to every session. I have worked with clients with persistent pain and chronic diseases while also helping healthy people who just want to de-stress or improve their fitness. I use a combination of yoga, Pilates, TRX and calisthenics to help my clients reach their goals. Private sessions can happen online or in person at my home studio in Widmer End HP15 or at your home in South Bucks & vicinity. Each session lasts between 60 and 75 minutes.
