Discuss the major conditions that affect that system
-
Look at relevant research related to yoga
-
Discuss the “Myth or Fact?” sidebars from that chapter

Provide time for Q&A

Can’t join live? No problem! The recording of each session will be shared with everyone enrolled on the course.

"Anatomy is a difficult subject for me, but I honestly found the way of teaching and the explanations brilliant and very accessible! The session went quickly which is unheard of for me and anatomy! 😆"
Laura Louise Munday
Yoga Teacher
"I have studied a lot of anatomy, and this book contains lots of new information compared to other widely used texts. I really appreciated getting to spend time with the authors to both create community and have live discussion about these important topics! I highly recommend that all yoga teachers get the book and join the book club."
