Matt & Saz Yoga
Matt & Saz are partners in life and in work. They offer both online classes and in-person workshops/rereats. They teach a wide variety of classes serving a range of abilities: hatha, vinyasa, yin, Pilates, and more.
Matt is a senior teacher and has been teaching since 2005. His classes are dynamic, challenging and un-rushed, with an emphasis on anatomy. He aims to empwer the client while presenting the principles of yoga in a simple, down-to-earth way.
Saz (Sarah Newman) teaches with great compassion and an uplifting energy. Her classes are challenging and fun with words of encouragement. She doesn't like to take her classes too seriously so expect a few French laughs. For more information on Saz, check out her website here.
About Our Online Classes
Our online classes are delivered via Zoom. You will receive a Zoom link via email immediately after booking and again 24 hours before the class begins.
New clients can try their first class for free by choosing the 'Free Trial Class' option. If you want to feel healthier and happier, try a class!
