EARLY BIRD TIL 17 MAY Perhaps you remember kicking up into handstands as a kid without overthinking it. Or maybe you’ve been wanting to try inversions in class but they scare the heck out of you! Heels Over Head is your chance to build confidence getting upside down in a supportive, structured way. In this workshop, you’ll explore headstand, forearm stand, and handstand. Matt will break things down clearly so you can understand what actually helps: 🤸‍♂️ Strength where it matters 🤸‍♂️ Simple, effective ways to get into inversions 🤸‍♂️ How balance really works 🤸‍♂️ How to keep progressing after the workshop You’ll use the wall, try different variations, and work with others for support. No pressure to “nail” anything—this is about building a foundation that lasts. WHO IS THIS FOR You don’t need to already be able to balance upside down! Whether you’re new to inversions or looking to refine your technique, you’ll be given options that meet you where you are. While you do not need to already be able to balance in inversions, this workshop is probably not suitable for absolute beginners who have never done yoga.
