Matt's 20-hour A&P course can be offered at any studio or can slot into any YTT which is open to evidence-based knowledge. Starting with basics such as movement planes and tissue types, we then explore joints from the foot to the spine to the wrist, examining joint actions, major muscles, and important structures, all as they apply to yoga asana. Comes optionally with a 100-page manual for each participant.
